Das Kirchweih- und Erntedankfest findet in Hilzingen immer am dritten Oktoberwochenende statt. Wegen seines Erntedankschmuckes in der Barockkirche St. Peter & Paul, bei dem jedes Jahr neue Bilder aus Blumen, Feldfrüchten und Samen gelegt werden, ist es überregional bekannt und gut besucht - auch weil zeitgleich ein Jahrmarkt stattfindet.
