"A large row grave cemetery was located in the municipal parcel of „Weberalten“ near Herten, which is today a part of Rheinfelden (district of Lörrach). It was subdivided into a main cemetery and two minor cemeteries. In 1887 and 1889, systematic excavations were conducted in the southeastern part of the main cemetery.
