P O Der Teller hat keinen Standring. Die Fahne ist aufgebogen und hat einen gerippten Rand (73 Rippen). Der Dekor ist mit Schwarz gezeichnet und mit Blau, Ocker, Grün und Manganviolett gemalt. Die Schrift ist mit Schwarz aufgetragen. An den gerippten Rand schließt ein schmales Band in Ocker und Grün an. Auf den breiteren ockerfarbenen Teil sind schwarze Bögen und Punkte gezeichnet. An das zweifarbige Band lehnt sich eine lineare Girlande in Blau an. Ein fast identisch gestaltetes Band in Ocker und Grün bildet im Spiegel ein rundes Medaillon. Etwa die obere Hälfte des Medaillons ist mit einer Blumengirlande aus manganvioletten Rosen und kleinen blauen Blumen (wohl Vergissmeinnicht) gerahmt.
