P O Gruppenbild einer U-Bootbesatzung, die Strohhüte trägt. Kommentar des Fotografen zu dieser Fotografie: Es war ein harmloser Ulk, der sich bei der U-Bootswaffe eingebürgert hatte, daß die Männer mit Strohhüten auf dem Kopf ausliefen. Ein Kamerad, der "im blauen Päckchen", ist ausgestiegen, weil er auf eine Schule kommandiert wurde. Noch einmal lassen sich die "Kumpels" zusammen fotografieren. Der Fotograf Alwin Tölle war während des Zweiten Weltkriegs als Kriegsberichterstatter u. a. auf U-Booten tätig.
